Join us at River Legacy Nature Center for Backyard Birds & Blooms, a hands-on, educational workshop all about creating a thriving, bird-friendly backyard. This special program is led by Sherri Williams of Wild Birds Unlimited and Jackson Weston of Weston Gardens, who will share practical tips you can put to use right away.

During this workshop, you’ll learn:

Which types of bird feeders attract specific bird species in our area
Which birdseed and foods bring in year-round backyard visitors
How native plants attract birds, butterflies, and pollinators—and how they work together to support local wildlife

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to enhance your existing garden, this program will give you the tools and inspiration to turn your outdoor space into a welcoming habitat for wildlife.
