Story Time: Birds

In partnership with Arlington Public Library, this interactive program introduces families to the wonderful world of birds—how they live, move, and thrive in our local environment.

Families will enjoy two bird-themed stories featuring species commonly found in our area. After story time, participants will take a short, family-friendly hike to our Bird Blind (weather permitting) with Dr. Ellen Ravkind to observe birds in their natural habitat and practice gentle wildlife watching.

This relaxed program encourages curiosity, movement, and connection with nature, making it perfect for toddlers, school-aged children, parents, and caregivers alike.
