Wildlife Photography: How to Take Better Pictures with Any Camera

Want to improve your photography skills without needing expensive equipment? Join us at the River Legacy Nature Center for a beginner-friendly Wildlife Photography Workshop designed for anyone who wants to capture stronger, more compelling photos. 

During this interactive session, participants will learn practical techniques that work for any type of camera—including smartphones. We’ll cover the fundamentals of photography such as lighting, focus, and composition, helping you understand how small adjustments can make a big difference in your photos.

Guests will also have the opportunity to practice photographing real wildlife specimens while receiving tips and guidance to help improve their shots.

Whether you’re brand new to photography or simply want to take better pictures during hikes, travel, or backyard wildlife encounters, this workshop will give you tools you can start using immediately.
